About the project

Athletic careers end early. ENTREMIND works on what comes next, and on making entrepreneurship a real option rather than a slogan.

What the project does

ENTREMIND sets out to make entrepreneurship a workable option for athletes in the European Union, by giving them the skills a career change actually asks for. The starting point is what sport already built: discipline, resilience and working in a team. The work is to turn that into creativity, problem solving and goal setting that hold up outside sport.

The project runs in three parts. One keeps the partnership running and the quality steady. One builds the resources: the research first, then an assessment tool, a toolkit, training material and a guide to the networks that can help. The third gets all of it to the people it was made for, through campaigns and work with clubs, federations and universities.

It is funded by the European Union under Erasmus+ Sport as a collaborative partnerships project, and runs from October 2025 to December 2026 across Poland, Türkiye, Belgium, Norway. Project reference 101229842.
